1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using spicylazer.com (“the Site”) and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Spicy Lazer reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By placing an order you authorize Spicy Lazer to charge the payment method on file for the full order amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically after successful payment. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

3. Custom & Personalized Items

All Spicy Lazer products are made to order and laser-engraved with your custom design. Because each item is personalized, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please review your design carefully in the preview before placing your order.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any designs, text, or artwork you upload or create using our design editor. By submitting a design you confirm that you have the right to use all elements within it and that the design does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Spicy Lazer is not responsible for copyright violations in customer-submitted designs.

All original site content, branding, templates, and design tools are the property of Spicy Lazer and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Spicy Lazer is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spicy Lazer’s total liability for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
