Our Policy
Every Spicy Lazer item is custom laser-engraved to your exact specifications. Because each piece is made uniquely for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders — unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, contact us within 14 days of delivery:
- The engraving does not match your submitted design
- The glass arrived broken or cracked
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item
We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Photographic evidence of the defect or damage is required.
Shipping Damage
All orders are packed with care. If your package arrived visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging before opening and include those photos in your claim. This helps us file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
How to Submit a Claim
- Email us at hello@spicylazer.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number (found in your confirmation email).
- Attach clear photos showing the issue.
- Describe what happened.
We’ll get back to you within 2 business days to resolve your issue.
Design Errors
We engrave exactly what you submit. Please double-check your design, text spelling, and layout in the 3D preview before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted designs (misspellings, wrong dates, etc.).
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that window, production may have already begun. Contact us immediately at hello@spicylazer.com if you need to cancel.
